Default For Sale! 1975 Ducati 860GT Modified cafe Racer.

Up for sale is my modified 1975 860GT.

Very collectible. I bought this bike in Australia about seven years ago. All mods seen were done by previous owner.

Here's a shortlist of alterations:

Handmade fiberglass "Imola" fuel tank with custom filler cap.

Handmade fiberglass racing style single seat.

Hand tooled, custom, "minimalist" gauge cluster.

Handmade fiberglass front and rear fender.

"GPZ" front brakes.

"Imola" style open pipes.

40mm Del'Orto carbs.

Vee Two (AUS) pistons.

Tarozzi Paoli clip-ons.

Ceriani forks.

Koni 217 dual rear shocks.

Kick start only.

Conti tires.

Smaller than stock battery. Very minimal electrical system.

Comes with two boxes of odds and ends also.
-new cables, levers, rubber bits, nuts, bolts, original pistons, tools...

I've had alot of fun on this beast over the seven years! VERY LOUD and very fun. Selling bike for financial reasons only. Not by choice... Please email me for pics or info. Currently registered and located in New Haven, Connecticut.

Asking $6k

Thanks
